A PRAYER FOR FOCUS
O Heavenly King, Comforter, who grants all blessings,
we thank You for Your abundant grace and mercies.
Help us to be good stewards of Your treasury
through the ministry of FOCUS.
Help us to strip ourselves of our earthly adornment,
that the poor may be sufficiently clothed and fed.
And, by so loving our neighbor,
adorn us with the everlasting pearls of virtue instead.
Where there is suffering, help us to bring Your mercy.
Where there is despair, Your hope;
Where there is pain, You who are the Comforter;
Where there is hatred, You who are Love;
Daily guide our lives and our work in FOCUS,
So that we may do all things,
In every place and at all times,
For Your glory.

Be a Sustainer
By making recurring monthly donations to FOCUS, you will join our “Friends of FOCUS” and help us provide reliable, consistent programs that meet these daily needs. A recurring monthly donation to FOCUS Atlanta supports our activities and programs throughout the year.
Donate Stock
We’re able to accept donations in the form of stock, government (including municipal) debt and corporate debt through the Depository Trust Company (DTC).
Corporate Matching Gifts

SERVE
We are so grateful to you for giving your time and yourself to Loaves and Fishes FOCUS – Atlanta and the people we serve. We are here to welcome each person who comes to our doors. This begins with letting go of fear and judgment and approaching each person with love and compassion. The people we serve are experiencing a variety of struggles and difficult circumstances. For some of them, you would never know. For others, you may see expressions of sadness, anger, harsh words or language, lack of desire to have a conversation, etc. Thank you for understanding and meeting them where they are with compassion and mercy. Know that being here and being available is at the heart of serving. You are valuable simply because you’re here! If at any time, you’re not the one doing a specific job or having a conversation with one of our guests, pray for the ones that are and keep your eye out for an opportunity to jump in and lend a hand.
